Abstract
Artikel ini membahas bagaimana komitmen tim kerja dalam implementasi program Rehabilitasi Sosial Rumah Tidak Layak Huni (RS-RTLH) oleh Kementerian Sosial di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Komitmen tim kerja ini perlu dilakukan karena merupakan salah satu pendukung keberhasilan yang penting dalam proses pelaksanaan kegiatan rehabilitasi rumah tidak layak huni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi kinerja pelaku kegiatan RS-RTLH, baik di daerah maupun di tingkat pusat. Keberhasilan program rehabilitasi rumah tidak layak ini akan ditentukan dari dinamika kerjasama tim yang berhubungan dengan komitmen tim kerja itu sendiri sehingga pelaksanaan kegiatan dapat tercapai dengan lancar dan tepat
waktu. Kata kunci: Keluarga miskin, rumah layak huni, tim kerja, komitmen.
