Family Attitude toward Their Mother or Wife as Career Women

Abstract
30 respondents. Research object was family attitude toward their mother or wife as career women. Data were gathered through questionaires distribution that were answered by respondents, data analysis through product moment technique. The result showed that r=0,381 with p=0,036 (p<0,05), so it can be concluded that there was positive and significant correlation (with the degree of significancy 5 percent) between family attitude and mother or wife as career women. That means the higher family attitude score toward mother or wife as career women the higher career estabilishment for family welfare. Determining cooficient 0,145 can be explained, that family attitude toward mother or wife as career women, 14,5 percent, while the rest of 85,5 percent caused by another variabel was not incleded in this research. It recommended to the Ministry of social Affairs, through the Directorate of Family empowerment, on its policy to enhance family welfare can be done through educating career women.
