STAKEHOLDERS DALAM PENANGANAN GELANDANGAN PSIKOTIK DI DAERAH
Abstract
Permasalahan sosial yang semakin mengkhawatirkan dan memerlukan perhatian, khsusnya di kota-kota besar tampak terlihat dengan semakin meningkatnya jumlalz orang gila (psikotik) yang hidup menggelandang. Fenomena sosial tersebut dapat dijumpai di sepanjang jalan, trotoar, dekat lampu merah, jembatan, perempatan jalan, di pasar, pusat pertokoan dan sebagainya, yang tentunya keberadaan mereka akan mengganggu ketertiban, kebersihan lingkungan kota. Oleh karena itu penanganan pada gelandangan psikotik memerlukan keterlibatan berbagai instansi /lembaga sosial baik pemerintah maupun swasta yang peduli dengan permasalahan tersebut, karena gelandangan psikotik membutuhkan penanganan yang mulltisektor atau multidisiplin ilmu karena sifatnya yang memerlukan pelayanan secara medis psikiatrik, sosial, budaya.
