Abstract

Penelitian implementasi kebijakan mengenai penyediaan Aksesibilitas non fisik bagi penyadang
cacat, termasuk penyediaan Jasilitas dan permasalahan yang dihadapi penyandang cacat. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan kuesioner terbuka dan observasi. Secara umum, penyediaan aksesibilitas baik fisik maupun non fisik bagi para penyandang cacat, terutama pada bangunan atau gedung pelayanan umum dan sarana umum masih sangat minim, sehingga mempengaruhi aktivitas di luar. Termasuk akses informasi tentang pendidikanjketerampilan dan lapangan kerja. Untuk itu perlu adanya sosialisasi lanjutan Undang-Undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Keputusan Menteri dan aturan-aturan yang terkait dengan aksesibilitas non fisik secara berkelanjutan kepada masyarakat luas.
