Abstract

Gempa yang terjadi pada 5 Agustus 2018 di Lombok Utara dan Lombok Timur dan sekitarnya dengan skala 7 pada Skala Richter, adalah jenis gempa yang merusak dan mengakibatkan kematian. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek dari bencana mempengaruhi munculnya gejala stres. Stres pada korban bencana dapat mengganggu fungsi keluarga, melemahkan keseimbangan keluarga, sehingga diperlukan dukungan sosial untuk menjaga keseimbangan dalam menjalankan fungsi keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dukungan sosial dan fungsi keluarga pascagempa di Kabupaten Lombok Timur wilayah pegunungan dan pesisir. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 120 istri yang memiliki anak usia balita di wilayah yang berbeda (60 dari pegunungan dan 60 dari pesisir). Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional study dengan pengambilan sampel acak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan terdapat perbedaan yang nyata dukungan sosial dan fungsi keluarga antara keluarga korban bencana di daerah pegunungan dan pesisir. Pencapaian terendah dimensi fungsi keluarga yaitu dimensi fungsi umum. Sedangkan, rataan tertinggi yaitu dimensi keterlibatan afeksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah tempat tinggal berpengaruh positif terhadap fungsi keluarga (β=0.493). Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap fungsi keluarga (β=0.398).
