USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH DI INDONESIA: PERMASALAHAN DAN SOLUSINYA
Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) play an important role for the global and
national economics. It currently contributes to an increasing percentage in total employment
and national income across the globe. Seeing how essential the enterprises are, this article
will explain several major concepts about UMKM. Along with major concepts about
UMKM, this article will also explain about current application of UMKM in Indonesia. It
includes the challenge, the solution UMKM face in their daily operation. Not only that, this
article will also elaborate on how, so far, Ministry of Social Affairs helps UMKM in creation,
expansion, growth, and facing its daily operational challenge.
