PARTISIPASI KOMUNITAS MASYARAKAT LOKAL PADA PROGRAM LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DI INDONESIA

Abstract
Isu lingkungan hidup berkembang sejalan dengan pertumbuhan manusia dan aktivitas manusia sehari-hari. Pelibatan pemangku kepentingan penting dalam rangka memberikan dampak pada keputusan yang diambil dan memberikan outcomes bagi komunitas atau masyarakat itu sendiri, salah satunya melalui metode scenario planning. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan reviu dan mengidentifikasi praktik pelibatan pemangku kepentingan pada scenario planning lingkungan hidup di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis secara sistematis pada sampel sebanyak 12 jurnal terpilih. Hasilnya yaitu pertama, pelibatan seluruh pihak di Indonesia seperti pemerintah, dunia usaha, pakar, filantropi, dan komunitas masyarakat lokal diperlukan dalam rangka upaya menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup. Konsep partisipasi pemangku kepentingan melalui komunitas masyarakat lokal merupakan hal penting dalam program lingkungan hidup di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, 75 persen hasil analisis artikel menyertakan peran komunitas masyarakat lokal pada program atau proyek lingkungan hidup di Indonesia. Hasil kedua, metode pelibatan pemangku kepentingan di Indonesia antara lain melalui workshop atau Focus Group Discussion, survei, interviu, dan pendampingan.
