Abstract
Pembangunan sosial masih dipandang sebagai pelengkap dari pembangunan ekonomi. Keberlanjutan pembangunan sosial sangat terkait dengan peran pemerintah, dunia usaha dan masyarakat. Untuk itu, pembangunan sosial harus dimulai oleh dunia usaha, salah satunya melalui tanggung jawab dunia usaha yang dikenal dengan istilah Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai perwujudan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) di PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa aktivitas
CSR PT Ultrajaya, mampu membantu kelompok rentan di komunitas, melalui program air bersih dan beasiswa bagi keluarga miskin. Meskipun demikian, masih perlu kerjasama yang kuat antara pemerintah, dunia usaha dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan sustainability dari program yang telah dilaksanakan.
